Return Policy

Sterck's Creation takes great pride in the quality of the products we offer. Great care is taken when packaging your merchandise. However, there may be a rare occasion when an item slips through that is defective. We will be happy to replace these items.

Please Follow These Instructions:

1. ALL RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CLAIM NUMBER
Please e-mail us at psterck@excite.com to obtain a Return Authorization Claim Number before returning any merchandise. Please indicate name and item number of merchandise and why you need it replaced/returned! 

The Return Authorization Claim Number needs to be written clearly on the outside of the return package you return to us for credit/replacement.

NOTE: Once our team reviews the detail of your claim, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your Return Authorization Claim Number .We will also tell you the amount of the 20% restocking fee, if applicable. Please use this Return Authorization Claim Number in future correspondence regarding your claim.

2. ALL RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN (7) SEVEN DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER: Returns are time sensitive. Items need to be returned within (7) seven days from receipt of your original order. Your return claim will not be honored if requested/returned beyond 7 days. In order to provide quality items at such low prices, our suppliers insist that there be no exceptions to this requirement.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES: We are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued for returned merchandise. However, we will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement, if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received. All other return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Return merchandise directly to the Return Address Shipment Label. The return address for our warehouse is provided on the shipping label when an order is mailed to our customers.

All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
